Public Works

The Public Works Department maintains the 120 kilometers (km) of gravel and 152 km of hard topped roadways within the Township, and provides year-round maintenance on these roads.

The Public Works Department is also responsible for:

• snow plowing, sanding, salting, grading and dust control of Township roads,
• maintaining bridges, culverts and sidewalks,
• fleet maintenance,
• maintaining street lights,
• transfer station and
• water systems
